Tugboat Captains

  • At least Major Patron or Licensed Deck OIC
  • Experienced as Tugboat Captain
  • With valid SIRB and DCOC
  • With training certificates and medical certificate

Tugboat Chief Mates

  • At least Minor Patron
  • Experienced as Tugboat Chief Mate
  • With valid SIRB and DCOC
  • With training certificates and medicate certificate

Tugboat Chief Engineers​

  • At least MDM or Licensed Engine OIC
  • Experienced as Tugboat Chief Engineer
  • With valid SIRB and DCOC
  • With training certificates and medicate certificate
  • Working knowledge of Niigata and Yanmar tugboat engines
  • Familiar with Z-peller propulsion

Tugboat Second Engineers​

  • At least MDM or Licensed Engine OIC
  • Experienced as Tugboat Second Engineer
  • With valid SIRB and DCOC
  • With training certificates and medical certificate
  • Working knowledge of Niigata and Yanmar tugboat engines
  • Famiiiar with Z-peller propulsion
